The 3D Printer Toolkit – AprintaPro PrintaKit

AprintaPro have created the 3D Printer toolkit PrintaKit to assist you as a 3D printing operator with wide range of tools.

The PrintaKit is sure to always keep you ready when a disaster strikes, because we all know it’s not a matter of “if”, but when that happens. Even if you’ve read our guides

PrintaKit is actually not only tools but a neat 3D printer toolkit in a suitcase-stylish toolbox. This is perfect for whenever you need to travel somewhere and do service and repairs on a printer. Maybe you’re working on a school or have a makerspace with loads of machines.

Now to the interesting part, what the PrintaKit contains.

There’s two compartments, one formed for hand tools and one mesh-bag behind a zipper to keep loose items in order.

Among the tools we find:

  • Side cutter
  • Allen Key Set
  • Long Nose Pliers
  • Tweezers
  • L-Wrench
  • Precision Knife
  • 8x Extra Blades
  • Cleaning Needles

BuildPlate related items include:

  • Scraper
  • Spatula
  • 5x Calibraton Cards
  • PrintaFix Basic 100ml

Saftey gear is really important and the 3D printer toolkit includes the following:

  • Safety Googles
  • Gloves
  • Manual

Additional items to put inside

In my kit I also put in a few other tools I otherwise always forget or leave laying around somewhere else. I really think these could be good to have at the same location, in the nice PrintKit!

  • Caliper
  • USB + SDcard
  • Zipties
  • Grease packs
  • Spare nozzle(s) for my machines
  • Hot-pull / Cold pull filament (nylon)

There’s a few places to get AprintaPro’s PrintaKit. Try a local reseller. Currently US seems to be an excluded market.

For Sweden/EU, Creative Tools have them at this link.

Or from the source themselves, AprintaPro.
