Which Bambu Lab 3D Printer is the right one for you?
Choosing the right Bambu Lab printer comes down to your ambition and budget.
The H2D is the “new flagship” with a steep price while having the largest build volume from Bambu Lab. It houses two nozzles and can even be fitted with laser and vinyl cutting.
The “previous” flagship is the X1 Carobn, which has a very nice interface and extra features like “print-fail detection” and Lidar scanning to calibrate filament flow settings. It’s however getting quite old now.
If you’re not going for full H2D, I would recommend the P1S, as it’s a really good value printer that can handle tougher materials and keep its print volume protected from the elements. Here’s why and how it compares to the A1.
The A1 (and A1 Mini) are the budget kings with a lot of bells and whistles. They do however print slightly slower, and the moving bed does induce some slight quality drawbacks compared to the CoreXY design printers (where the bed don’t move).
